The COMPASS Guided Coaching Program This tier two COMPASS program is a partially guided journey for queer, curious, and questioning men who find themselves in a season of transition—questioning identity, direction, relationships, faith, or what a “good life” actually looks like now. Many men come to this work feeling capable and accomplished, yet unsettled, disconnected, or quietly stuck. This program offers a self- paced program that helps you slow down, make sense of your story, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Using my COMPASS framework, we explore: + Your origin story and heroic journey—how your past shaped you and what it’s preparing you for now + Your values, strengths, and sources of meaning + Your sense of belonging, connection, and chosen family + Practical ways to translate insight into real-life action Over 21 modules, you’ll engage in reflective exercises and simple experiments designed to help you understand and re-author your story and orient your life toward what matters most.
